When you create a WorkOS Account, you provide us with personal information that includes your name, email, phone number, business name, and industry.

• Maintain & improve our services such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues that you report to us.
• Develop new services; We use the information we collect in existing services to help us develop new ones.

When you share your information

Many of our services let you share information with other people, and you have control over how you share. You have the right to make a job board private or public with a UUID-encrypted link.

• We offer a range of security features, like SSL and Passport check, to help you protect your account.
• We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to our systems
• We restrict access to personal information to Taggo employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

We retain the data we collect for different periods of time depending on what it is, how we use it, and how you configure your settings:
